Overlap Removal for L2StandAloneMuon and L2CombinedMuon in TrigMuonHypoMT

The normal hypo and Overlap Removal for L2Muon were merged into 1 hypo to avoid multi hypos in 1 step. Detailed discussions are on ATR-21391.
