Remove MDT calibration packages from main athena repository

Hi,

in !32742 (merged) some MDT calibration packages were removed from the compilation of master since they are moved outside the main athena repository and go to https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas-mcp/MdtCalib/mdtcalibframework. Now, since I move the packages with the state of today including the commit history to https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas-mcp/MdtCalib/mdtcalibframework, we can delete them.

Hi @aundrus, is there some issue with the CI? Almost all tests are broken here although the changes only touch uncompiled code.. Thanks, Nico

Hi @nkoehler, there are ongoing updates for the python3 migration (https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLINFR-3645). Forwarding your question to @emoyse and @wlampl . On the CI side the only change made yesterday was the override of LCG and TDAQ versions
