Remove obsolete view algorithms

Benjamin Michael Wynne requested to merge bwynne/athena:RemoveObsoleteViewAlgs into master

A number of algorithms in the AthViews package now have better alternatives, or were never that useful. This MR removes them.

TrigUpgradeTest/IDCalo.py used one of the algorithms, but I've replaced it with the (more up-to-date) EventViewCreatorAlg. Since the tests involving IDCalo.py don't work regardless, I can't verify that this worked but it seems fine.
