ATR-21785: adding 23 vector variables into xAOD::L2StandAloneMuonAuxContainer

New vector variables are added into xAOD::L2StandAloneMuonAuxContainer for usage of NSW in HLT L2 Muon. They will be useful for debug when we find some issues during operation, as well as for development of HLT Muon towards Run3. According to advice from @tamartin in ATR-21785, we add the variables into existing container rather than creating new version of aux. It would be great if @okuprash can update bs-streamer ROOT file if there is not problem.
