L1 calo eFEX configuration
For validation of the new eFEX cluster-parameter-based selections within the L1 framework the configuration and application of these selections has been implemented in the CTP.
This is followed in detail in ATR-21789 and is a prerequisite for the next Sample-A validation round (ATR-21261). It also relates to MR !34631 (merged), which makes the input to the emulation more accurate.
This MR also fixes warning about unused variables in TrigL1CaloUpgrade
