Ghostify truth partons for labelling of genfilter jets

Incorrect configuration meant that the truth partons were disrupting the jet four-momenta. Furthermore the naming meant that the truth labels were not correctly being calculated.

In R22, we would have had checks for the former (only 1 non-ghost pseudojet input collection allowed), but the latter is a silent failure. I haven't fixed it here for speed.
