The eta/phi size of "forMS" RoI is changed from 0 to +/- 0.1 so that ID track monitoring works. The size of forMS is used in the monitoring to match tracks and the RoI. Due to the zero width, they were never matched.
This change doesn't affect trigger efficiency/rate at all but just monitoring.
