lumicalc web page scripts

Updates to the lumicalc webpage code needed for the transition to new centos7 virtual server. This also (finally) completes the migration from the old cmake-based installation on the web server to a proper cmake-based installation.

This merge request involves no code changes used in reco, but only changes to scripts used on the web server.
