Improve the monitoring of the vertexing tool and update the trigger vertex configuration

Instead of filling one set of histograms, the tool has beem mofified to fill different online monitoring histograms depending on the provided prefix.

These changes also include a change to the parameters for the Fullscan trigger vertexing - add the beamline constraint, and allowing selection of the tracks used to help reduce the impact of the high trigger track fake rate

Also included are changes to the trigger vertex analysis for the fullscan tracking
