MagneticField: Search CALIBPATH for BField map in AtlasFieldMapCondAlg.cxx
For data reprocessing, reconstruction will use Magnetic Field
map dependent on run year. This MR changes the search directory
for the magnetic field maps from DATAPATH to CALIBPATH.
We have tested local Athena reconstruction with these changes
on several run years.
