Adding option to inverse jet selection in JetMonitoring

I added a property to JetHistoSelectSort to be able to inverse the jet selection applied by the tool. For normal purposes like "|eta|<2" this would not be necessary, but this feature allows to select jets failing the external JetCleaningTool (which does not know the selection strings "X<1" or "1<X"), which Caterina proposed in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-19048
