21.6: fix lhe-only production - AGENE-1884

Timothee Theveneaux-Pelzer requested to merge tpelzer/athena:21.6-FixLHEOnly into 21.6

This fixes a bug present in AthGeneration 21.6.34-39 in lhe-only production, which causes Pythia8 generating more than 1 dummy event per job (equal to the number of events requested in the output lhe file).
