Cleaned CMake configuration in

  • Calorimeter/CaloCnv/CaloDetMgrDetDescrCnv
  • TileCalorimeter/TileConditions
  • TileCalorimeter/TileDetDescr
  • TileCalorimeter/TileGeoModel

Removed atlas_depends_on_subdirs(), and dropped redundant external dependencies
