Adding a Number of Additional Flavour Tagging Monitored Variables (ATR-20301)

This merge adds more flavor tagging variables to the B-Jet Trigger Online Monitoring suite. In summary, it adds the flavour tagging LLR values, basic Primary Vertex information, and the inputs to DL1r. The exact list of variables are listed below.

This commit was tested using the "runTrigART.py -m -j20" test, and the "ctest -j4" test, and successfully passed both.

The variables added are as follows:

Also adds the LLR for IP2D, IP3D, DL1r, and RNNIP, and removes the SV1 flavor probabilities
