Store LargeD0 tracks in a separate tracking container

The goal of this merge request is to allow the storing of the LargeD0 tracks in a separate collection.

This relates to the R3 optimization of Large Radius Tracking (LRT) and proposed inclusion in default reconstruction. https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLIDTRKCP-272
