update unit tests for EventInfo of AthenaPoolTest for changes in TagInfoMgr output

Fix for ATEAM-641. Had updated TagInfoMgr debug output and the EventInfo unit tests in AthenaPoolTest needed to have their ref files updated. I also noted that the EventInfo ref files were taken from ART area which probably comes from the cmake line: ENVIRONMENT "ATLAS_REFERENCE_TAG=AthenaPoolTest/AthenaPoolTest-01-00-06" But I explicitly added the refs now to the AthenaPoolTest which has most of the other ref files. I see the files in: /cvmfs/atlas-nightlies.cern.ch/repo/data/data-art/AthenaPoolTest/AthenaPoolTest-01-00-06 So I am not sure if something else needs to be done to remove them from there?
