AnalysisTop- TopPartons update

This MR does two things:

• Creates a new course file where some common function for top partons are stored
• Generalizes tHq parton history to be more inclusive in Higgs decays
  • The correct config option for tHq is now tHq instead of tHqtautau
  • Information is stored as general decay1/2 to make more inclusive
  • The implementation will only work with TRUTH1 derivations for now
