xAODEgamma: Remove possibly unused methods. That will / play bandly with the "dynamic" nature of the names.

xAODEgamma : Remove unused methods and enums. That will / play bandly with the "dynamic" nature of the names. As an example after Derivation they acquire different names, so prb is better to keep one way /set of methods.
