no longer running updateCurrentxx if LockMapCurrents is true for AtlasFieldCacheCondAlg

Small update to no longer run updateCurrentxx if LockMapCurrents is true since the current scale factors are forced to be 1, and added a bit cleared printout for current sfs. @fwinkl @christos Related to discussion in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASRECTS-5604
