Updated ITk pixel chip dimension
This MR updates the computation of the ITk pixel chip width and length to accommodate for the detailed quad implementation now available. The XML format is also updated to retrieve the edges in the new XML version from the module instead of the front-end chips, consistently with https://edms.cern.ch/ui/file/1932682/4/2019-03-13_Quad_Module_100um.pdf Backward compatibility is ensured.
