Add CaloMuonScoreTool to new configuration

Hi,

in !35278 (merged), the CaloMuonScoreTool was added to athena. However, it was only included into the old job configuration, not the new one and thus, the MuonCombinedConfig_MuonCombinedRecoConfigTest_ctest failed since it did not find the CaloMuonScoreTool. This MR fixes it.
