Calo muon inference module follow-up

Hi,

in !35278 (merged), a new NN-based method for calculating a muon calo-tag score was introduced. However, there were some unneeded changes to previous AuxContainers and converters made. Those are reverted here.

Also the log levels are updated and properties are defined inline.
