Increase timeout in full_menu_cf unit test

The full_menu_cf unit test has been failing in the CI with timeouts due to ATEAM-639 (e.g. http://atlas-computing.web.cern.ch/atlas-computing/links/distDirectory/ci/CIWebArea/nicos_web_areaMRCIbuilds64BC7G8AthenaOpt/NICOS_TestLog_MR-35577-2020-08-15-20-23/ReleaseTests___unit-tests__unit-tests__m.html). I increased the timeout limit to avoid that problem.
