Add default UFO collection to EXOT3

Since EXOT3 has large R jet triggers/collections, it seems generally useful to have the newest UFO recommendation available going forward: https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/AtlasProtected/LargeRPrecisionJets. This MR runs the UFO reconstruction and adds all information from the AntiKt10UFOCSSKSoftDropBeta100Zcut10 collection. We'd like to study this collection in the Y->XH analysis, so merging this now would allow us to request a few signal/background points and do the needed R&D studies.

GhostVR information is also added for LCTopo, TCC, and UFO jets, which is needed by the HbbTag tool to decorate the new Xbb2020 score.

Both test_data18EXOT3.sh and test_mc16EXOT3.sh run successfully. Adding this information increases the size of a 200 event test DAOD by ~3%, so it shouldn't have a huge impact on any future derivations.
