Fix subtle bug from !35187 (merged)
Need to set the Gaudi ::JobOptionsSvc TYPE temporarily to NONE, not the TrigConf::JobOptionsSvc.
Required to configure HLT jobs from the database.
Deployed to P1 today as part of technical week 12 (https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas-tdaq-oks/p1/tdaq-09-01-00/-/commit/5001440b841dd69725e097447dbbcb807509da7d)
Opening MR for next release to replace patch.
