Update histogram ranges and modify the remapping of the fullscan instances

Modify the setting of the histogram ranges - the default is to use the Roi based ranges, with the specialisation for the fullscan instances explicitly.

Also modifies the remapping of the fullscan instances to the fullscan tracking rather than the bjet instance - fortunately the bjet and fullscan instances use the same parameters, except for the Roi widths, but the FTF configuration fortunately does not use the Roi widths.
