In this MR:

Migration of TruthParticleID to HepMC3. Note that some parts of test are meaningless in HepMC3, e.g. HepMC2 requires alphaQCD to be set, even if the value is not reasonable (-1), but for HepMC3 the existence of alphaQCD is optional.
