Increase cut value for L-S overlaps to also work for EO stations (ATLASRECTS-5611)

Hi,

in ATLASRECTS-5611 it was found that the default value of MaxDistanceBetweenSegments=3000 is not large enough for checking the large-small chamber overlaps in the EO stations. Thus increasing it to 5000.
