Externals Update, master branch (2020.08.31.)

Updated all projects to atlasexternals-2.0.75. The full list of changes wrt. atlasexternals-2.0.74 is (atlasexternals@2.0.74...2.0.75):

  • Updated the AtlasHIP code to:
    • Cache the HIP compiler settings between configurations (avoiding looking for the HIP compiler from scratch on every configuration);
    • To be able to use ROCm 3.7.0 (The hipcc script changed its behaviour just a little bit...);
  • Added nlohmann_json to AnalysisBaseExternals and AthAnalysisExternals (Thanks to @dguest!).
