Match jet filtering b/w AthenaMT and legacy master

Matching jet thresholds b/w AthenaMT and legacy master: now matching the filtering thresholds for small-R jets (5->7GeV) and large-R trimmed jets (100 -> 50 GeV).

Tagging Trigger MET Coordinators (@jburr @bcarlson ): Please note that the number of counts/features changed for two mht chains which I think it's expected due to the reduction of small-R jets passing the filtering step.
