The original "bugfix" code is here: https://gitlab.cern.ch/lgagnon/pixel-NN-ITk/-/blob/master/patches/PixelPrepDataToxAOD_positions-index-bugfix.patch It applies a function "hitLocalToLocal" to correct the truth position.
