Barebones unit tests for TRT_LoLumRawDataContainerCnv_p1 and TRT_LoLumRawDataContainerCnv_p2

This code is an initial skeleton for unit testing more recent TP converter classes for TRT_RDO_Container. Ahead of a new TRT_LoLumRawDataContainerCnv_p3 class being added. Currently the TRT_RDO_Container created in TRT_LoLumRawDataContainerCnv_common_test.h only contains one RDO, this should be expanded in order to provide a more robust test.

This code is heavily-based on previous tests for InDetSimDataCollection written by @oda - thanks!
