Set container splitlevel 1 for DAOD PHYSLITE

Giordon Holtsberg Stark requested to merge gstark/athena:21.2 into 21.2

This undoes part of !31190 (merged) and !31594 (merged) by only setting splitlevel=0 for all derivations except for the PHYSLITE derivations (by filtering on the stream name).

/cc @gwatts who initially brought it up that the split level is 0 for the PHYSLITE derivations.

Essentially, splitlevel!=0 is desired for columnar analysis which is mostly geared to working on the PHYSLITE derivations in ATLAS.
