Run new-style DQ (configured with ComponentAccumulator) in Reco_tf. Includes required fixes for ComponentAccumulator's merging function and a number of fixes to make old- and new-style conditions configurations compatible.
New-style DQ is enabled via DQMonFlags.doNewMonitoring=True.
