21.9: Improving material map description

I have tested different configurations of the TrackingGeometry maps and I came up with a new map, that I'm going to move soon to the database.

I have:

  • switched on the boundaries
  • put passive layers to describe the material associated to the flexes between l0 and l1
  • put passive layers to describe the longerons
  • added phi bins in the map creation

All is documented in https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLITKSW-127.

Reconstruction runs fine and gives reasonable results with single muons with pT=1 GeV. Compatibility with previous geometry tags is preserved: RunUpgradeTests runs successfully!
