Externals Update, 21.2 branch (2020.09.18.)

Updated all projects to atlasexternals-1.0.68 to fix the RPM dependency that FindCLHEP.cmake sets up for the AthAnalysis project. That is the only change wrt. atlasexternals-1.0.67 (atlasexternals@1.0.67...1.0.68).

This is to fix the error in the nightly installation, which was introduced by !36448 (merged).
