Adding AFP silicon hits to all TOPQ derivations

Adding AFP Si hits to all TOPQ derivations, which are needed for new measurements of elastic top production.

Changes have been tested and ran successfully and do not noticeably increase the size of the derivations (the single container being added is tiny).
