PyUtils: Update categorization mapping in checkxAOD.py

Fixing ATLASRECTS-5601.

While at it, I noticed that in !32593 (merged) we introduced new containers in the AODs, namely AFPToFHitContainer and AFPSiHitContainer. These are fairly small from what I can see in the SPOT tests. I added a new category named AFP that includes these guys so that they are no longer labelled *Unknown*.
