Patch for bad LHE comments from AGENE-1894

Zach Marshall requested to merge zmarshal/athena:21.6_MGC_PDFNameTag into 21.6

In some cases MG seems to include comments in the LHE files that have a ">" character in them. That causes Pythia8 to choke on weight names. They aren't necessary, they're just comments, so changing the ">" characters to "-".
