tauRecTools: rename incShowerSubtracted to useSubtractedCluster to avoid confusion

If useSubtractedCluster is false, we will use the inital cluster from neutral PFOs or charged PFOs. Otherwise, we will only use the charged shower subtracted cluster from neutral PFOs.
