xAODRootAccess Test Fix, 21.6 branch (2020.09.28.)

Disabled the metadata test in xAODRootAccess for AthGeneration. The test requires xAODTrigger to be available, which is not the case in the AthGeneration project.

At the same time removed a number of commented lines from xAODRootAccess/CMakeLists.txt. Just to make the file a bit easier on the eyes.

This is to fix AGENE-1869.
