Import cleanup in DAOD_PHYS

Dan Guest requested to merge dguest/athena:cleanup-imports into master

This ports the changes that @okuprash made in for DAOD_TRIG in !36781 (merged) to DAOD_PHYS. We shouldn't be using import *, but people are going to follow the DAOD_PHYS example as long as we have it.
