adding LengthIntegrator to sim tests

The LengthIntegrator preInclude creates an output ROOT file containing material (in radiation lengths) for different parts of the simulated detector. This commit adds in this preInclude so we can automatically test the impact of ITK Layout changes in 21.9. Updated script was tested and runs in in 21.9,latest.
