JetRec: Fix test.

In JetRecAlgTestCfg, need to explicitly set GhostArea in JetClusterer. Otherwise JRA_trim will crash trying to read it.

This test has been failing for some time with a FATAL error, but no one was looking at the output, so it was being ignored.
