Implement the multi-muon chain and the msonly chain plots in TrigMuonMonitoringMT, ATR-20317

I want to merge this change into master.

I implement the multi-muon chain (HLT_2mu14_L12MU10) and the msonly chain (HLT_mu60_0eta105_msonly_L1MU20) plots to in TrigMuonMonitoringMT. The plots that are exactly the same as the implemented chains are omitted. Regarding the efficiency plots of the multi-muon chain, we monitored the HLT_mu14_L1MU10 chain.

I tested using below command (myESD.pool.root is made from valid1.410000.PowhegPythiaEvtGen_P2012_ttbar_hda mp172p5_nonallhad.recon.RDO.e4993_s3474_r11322/RDO.18782565._000030.pool.root.1 in the environment of master,2020-10-04T2101)
