Trigger matching in DAOD_PHYS in master, part 1

This MR is the first step to getting trigger matching working in DAOD_PHYS in master. It restores the machinery to list the available triggers, but does not yet actually run the trigger matching. Consequently this MR has no impact on the contents of DAOD_PHYS, because the active lines are commented.
