Add new configuration BackTrackingConfig.py

The new configuration "BackTrackingConfig.py" is rewritten from old configuration "ConfiguredBackTracking.py" The example works ok. Here are attachments run log "run_log_BackTrackingConfig.txt" and configuration pkl file "test_BackTrackingConfig.pkl".
