Ntuple for validation in the seed making stage

Creating an ntuple for validation purposes in the seed making stage of track reconstruction. The ntuple will contain logistics of strip and pixel seeds used in the track finding algorithm, with information also on whether or not the seed actually went on to form a track candidate or not.
