TrigT1TGC : changed paths to LUT file and added a variable for the version of LUT into GoodMF class

I have changed paths to LUTs file and added a variable for the version of LUT into GoodMF class. To keep the Run 2 configuration, algorithms can be switch between the Run2 configuration and the Run3 configuration (The default setting is the Run2 configuration.).The compilation is fine, with no errors or warnings. I also have tested with 10 single muon events locally. I could find the LUTs are read correctly and I could find the threshold number I expected.
