Add selection and uncertainties for tracks GA to largeR jets in AnalysisTop

Federica Fabbri requested to merge ffabbri/athena:21.2-ffabbri_AddGALargeRjetTracks into 21.2

Implementation of the track selection and systematic uncertainties for tracks associated to the large-R jets, as described in ANALYSISTO-1027.

The tools for selecting the tracks and for the systematic are the same used for the large-R jets. The selection WP can be configured differently between large-R and small-R.
